Hay guys,

After a while of consideration, i have decided to start rip-sticking and longboarding again!
my knees are pretty well recovered and my hip is not sore any more. i will aim for weekly posts and trying to get those posts from Bustin still.

I'm still waiting for the new news letter from Bustin Boards for the new update. Still bummed out about not being able to rip-stick anymore, but this blog shall go on no matter what.

Today there's some good news and some bad,
good first: my injuries are healed completely and my hip does not hurt when i walk,
bad news: from the time rip-sticking and longboarding the movement has wrecked  my knees and ankles so i will not bee able to rip-stick or longboard for a long time but i will keep doing Bustin updates and post some cool pics.
